Managed Payments can’t verify identity

I’m completely at a loss here on what to do. All my payments are being held because ebay can’t verify my identity. I’ve uploaded my SSN and pictures of my ID and it’s still getting denied. I called ebay and they said everything looks correct so they’ll pass it onto their team that deals with it. It’s been 2 weeks and nothing has been done. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes, others have posted similar problems here. About all you can do is go to the Manage Payments board, ask to be let in, and see if anyone there has a answer. 

Go to Groups > Payments on the Community home page.

 

I've not seen any solutions yet.

It is unfortunate, but you must still contact Ebay and ask for someone on the Payments team.  You really have not options.  I might suggest giving Ebay for business on Facebook a try.

Now there is one thing you should look at before you contact Ebay again.  Have you checked to see if you had any Micro Deposits into your Checking account?  If you did, go to your Seller Hub, then the Payments Tab.  You should have a red flag on your account telling you that you need to verify these deposits.  On that red flag will be a link you can click on to complete the process.

 

If you find this to be true it is likely to resolve your issue.
