So I made the switch to managed payments awhile back. Overall it has been pretty much tolerable. However, I'm confused about fees. I sold a wireless mouse today for $139.95. The sales tax brought the total sale to $151.76. EBay charged me a final value fee of $18.73 plus the .30 cent per listing fee for total fee of $19.03. That is over 12 percent for just the FVF. Is that correct? Where can I see in the policy an exact breakdown of the fees per category. All I can find says it's a 10% fee. What am I missing?

@selex-tek. Mp fees are 12.35% and charged on the total a buyer pays including sales tax.
The good news is if you have to issue a full refund then you do receive all of your fees back.

You are not viewing the fee policy for "sellers in MP" when you see 10%.
I am in MP. (non-store fees) I pay 12.35% + 30 cents on the entire buyer payment. That %age includes the funds processing fees that used to be in addition to the 10% FVF.
These "simplified fees" went into effect in August.

Keep in mind that the FVF charged in MP INCLUDES your money processing fee you previously paid to PP. Now it is just all in one fee.
