Managed Payments Setup

I am trying to set up Managed Payments so I can sell on ebay, but the link does not have a place to click to register. First, I went here: https://pages.ebay.com/seller-center/service-and-payments/managed-payments-on-ebay.html#register-now   Then I scrolled down to the link to register which lead me here: https://www.ebay.com/mes/dlp but on this page there is not a clickable link to click and sign up. Please help me find a way to sign up my account for Managed Payments.

Then contact Ebay and report the issue as you really need the Seller Hub to manage your MP account.

when you link to this page  https://www.ebay.com/mes/dlp  you should see a blue button stating "update your details which will take you to the next steps.  Hope this helps.

There is no such button. The page I get when I click that link is this image I attached below (I don't know what account details it wants me to add):

Have you received an email or other communication from Ebay that said you need to sign up for Managed Payments or are you just trying to sign up right now because you want to?

 

If Ebay said it is time to enter the program, then the email you received would have instructions in it and/or there will be a flag on your Seller Hub giving you more information.

I did not receive an email or invitation from ebay. When I set up my new account two weeks ago it gave me a page to set up managed payments, but at the time I did not have my bank account ready so I did not finish the setup. When I went back into my account a few days ago that is when I wasn't able to set up managed payments. I did try to list something to sell and I was able to at least prepare an item to sell and save a draft of listing but I did not click on list item  yet.  I want to get managed payments set up before I actually list an item for sale. I am also not able to access sellers hub.

Go to the Seller hub.  Hover over the Payment Tab.  A drop down menu will appear, select the last item and try it there.

 

See if that will work.

Any clue what they did to resolve it? I've been on with chat several times over the last three weeks and still haven't resolved this issue yet.
