Managed Payments Payouts on Hold

I have been in managed payments for almost a year. On Monday I received an email from ebay asking for proof of identity and bank statement. I sent them through the link provided in the email the same day. I was just wondering how long it takes for ebay to review the information.

thank you, I tried the chat yesterday and was told 5-7 days.  This morning another message requesting same info for the third time. I sent front and back of drivers license,  front and back of military id, bank statement and cable bill. All information matches and corresponds with ebay account and they are clear legible scans or photos. I guess I will wait and see how this plays out
