We have recently experienced a problem with both eBay GSP and buyer chargeback fraud via eBay-managed payments.
Without going into every detail of the issue, we sent a large order to Australia via GSP. The buyer used a fake name a P.O box address (unbeknown to us shipping to a UK fulfilment address).
The buyer starts to send us abusive messages because the postal service won't deliver to a mailbox or P.O box. The buyer then states he will instigate a chargeback against us.
The buyer then sends a message showing he took a taxi to a postal depot to get the package along with photos of the taxi bills expecting us to cover the cost of a taxi to his parcel depot in Australia.
There is no contact for a couple of days.
The seller then leaves us bad feedback for the GSP problems which eBay has refused to remove.
The seller has now instigated a chargeback from Paypal as 'item not as described due to a range of issues.
He claims we charged double
He claims there is no prepaid return label
He claims that he doesn't like the taste of the products.
I spent 2 hours with eBays online Indian support yesterday and got nowhere. Very unhelpful.
It now looks like the buyer is going to keep our products and ebay will be charging us a dispute fee for the GSP issues and we can't get the bad feedback removed.
I am very upset and disappointed with ebays support and would like to find the details of someone at ebay UK who can actually look into this case, look at the seller's messages sent and be of assistance.
I can deal with losing the product, losing our shipping costs, but ebay charging a chargeback fee and not removing bad feedback for GSP issues is simply unacceptable when they claim that we are protected in these transactions.
Needless to say, I will be removing the Global Shipping Program from all of our listings today as eBay are not upholding their side of the contract or offering any support at all.
I really wish that eBay would engage with sellers and help them with issues.
I ask which address and who do I direct complaints to? Does anyone at eBay actually care?

If you got charged a $20 fee, that means the buyer did a chargeback on his cc, and charged you that fee, not Ebay. I wouldnt hold out much hope of getting that fb removed..Ebay will say the buyer is entitled to his opinion..sorry.

I would contact ebay again about having the feedback removed.
Maybe they think they were charged double due to GSP import fees and such?
That would be the fault of GSP, in my opinion , for not communicating the fees clearly.
Sounds like their complaints started with GSP and they continued to find more complaints once that unhappiness began.
Make sure you have blocked that buyer from future purchases!

ebay care: yes and no:
GPS is one of them cases were most of the time things go well: you getting scammed is just one of many sales that go through with out problems.
Out of country has become an issue that has a higher risk these days.
Sorry this went on, and of course you our all the money.....

eBay has removed the feedback, which was due to the shipping problems.
The automated feedback removal form will not remove GSP feedback due to shipping problems. I had to contact support who sent an internal message to the correct department, who then went in and manually removed the feedback.
Perhaps eBay could have a seperate feedback on their shipping program.
