Managed Payments: I have 4 payouts since Dec 24 that are not appearing in my bank account

I switched to Managed Payments a little before Dec 24 and, according to my bank account, have not been paid once despite selling numerous items and getting weekly messages from eBay that "We sent your payout of $XX.XX to your bank account ending in XXXX(correct numbers)." Many of these messages are duplicates, indicating that eBay has tried many times to send me my payouts yet I they have given me no indication that these have failed or been denied. I called my bank and they haven't seen any attempted payouts from eBay. I tried to update my attached bank information and I get as far as the "verify your account" step and it says the account number I am manually inputting does not match the one that they are pulling from Chase when I log in through eBay.

And of course the icing on top is that I have requested to be called by eBay many times (sometimes with only a 1 minute wait displayed) and I have yet to be called.

Tonight I will freeze my store so I don't make any more sales but if there is anyone out there from eBay reading this, please help! I just want to get paid for the movies I sold! Everything worked wonderfully when you were using PayPal... 😞

You have a problem and did the smart thing by suspending your sales. You will need to continue to ask for call backs as that is the only way you will be able to solve this. Needless to say, with eBay forcing thousands of sellers into MP last month, they overwhelmed their CS staff and you'll just have to wait your turn. Welcome to Managed Payments.

I had the exact same problem . I finally accessed the customer service on the website , requesting help . They called within an hour . The guy was very friendly , spent over 1/2 hour going over the steps , and always came to the same roadblock as I did . He said he needed to refer me to a security specialist , and it would take up to 2 weeks to get a callback from them . The call came in 8 days and the lady went through all the same steps except she did something “ behind the scene “ to let the whole process finish . When we finished my ebay account showed the new payout account .  Try that route , worked for me .

Don’t have a link , just went to the bottom where it says to get help ! There is a chat place ,  and a place to request a call back . I think if you clicked on the help button it would take you there First you have to wade through all the self help sections , way at the bottom is where you can connect up with them . This problem is not a self help .

I have the same payout account problem.  How can I suspend my listings til I get help?  I don't have a "store" just about 15 listings.

It's a scam in my opinion. 4 days after the 2 to get paid! Like a credit on a credit card? This isn't a credit card. Paypal could do it right away. They used to own paypal so I am sure they know how to do it to.

Someone is sitting on the money for sure. Ebay claims it is not them yet it is someone affiliated with them. I have yet to see a payment actually hit my account. Now it appears there is no way to actually resolve this since there is no phone number and it you hit contact it tells you to come back. Doesn't matter the time of day. I am moving over to etsy.
