Managed Payments Help Please! No Documents Accepted for sign up error.

So I held out as long as I can. Ive heard its a dang nightmare and my first interaction with it lives up to the reputation. I signed up, linked my business checking without issue. 2 days later "we cant verify the information you provided". Well im pretty sure I know my business name and ein. I submitted my business license which was renewed a month ago. It failed to pass the automated system. I spoke with an english speaking customer service rep via phone.........yeehaw btw that is new. He informed me "it looks like maybe your cropped off a corner of the document. Try uploading the entire document picture with all 4 corners. I laughed knowing exactly where this was headed. I did as suggested and a day later It also is not excepted and have that same error again.

Any suggestions that do not involve doing a personal account with social security number? Im a business. Legit and licensed for 11 years. Everyone else I work with on the planet has had zero problems with my documentation. Ebay and I never seem to get along.......ever.

Have you found any resolution for this?  I am in the same boat and it's been 6 weeks!!!

No. The 2nd and 3rd reps say i should just use my social. I asked if they are telling everyone that. The answer obviously was yes.

I'm having the same issues, your not alone. I've been documenting the life out of the business to ebay for a month now and still am nowhere.

I have no idea what to do at this point. Like you said, no one else in 15 years has had any issues with any documentation I have.
