Managed Payment duplicate charges ?

Has anyone else received a notice of a pending Charge or Charges including extra fees that are outside of regular Payouts?  I received one the 1st week of Aug that showed a list of 8 charges, 3 of which were tied to Transactions that appear honest enough, but 5 that showed fee charges were tied to past payouts already deducted. . very suspicious?

When finely getting through to eBay Manage Payout Dept and submitting verbally proof that the 5 extra charges had already been paid for... verbally relaying it through an assistant to their Management Team.  I was notified next day that there was no problem with my account, then given an offhand remark about reviewing the different fees with a link?   And to add screenshots (screen hot?) to show the possible discrepancies.

I sent screenshots the same day showing that fees were tied to past payouts with explanations, now I am given the cold shoulder.

No I was referring to duplicate eBay fees from past Sellers Managed PayOut fees, showing up in your bank account as charges.

I'm confused.  Your post before this said there were "NO, duplicate eBay Ad Fees and Insertion fees".  Which is it?

You didn't answer the earlier question asked by @donsdetour and @dhbookds .  Were the charges for shipping?  If it was, depending on the carrier, those charges are not charged to a seller's account until the carrier actually receives and scans in the package.  If you are using the Standard International shipping label program [NOT GSP], it is the same for them.  Your account is not charged right away for the shipping charges.  It comes AFTER they package is received at the sorting center.

Please Advise.
