Hope you are all doing great , I have been a seller one ebay for 10 years and ebay is asking to apply for managed payment service I tried to do so but when I go to the second step of sync accs it gives me an error
"Something isn't right. Please double-check the info on this page."
I am reside in Russia and as far as I know payoneer has stopped working in Russia
Any help with be appreciated

I ask you convincingly for help on the product:
ORDER NUMBER
16-07039-40402 for which I paid, but the seller did not send! We mutually decided to cancel the purchase - but the seller hasn't done anything so far and there is no cancellation and no refund! My messages are not answered by the seller or ebay help!
I hope for your understanding and response from your side!
