You can sell on a personal or a business eBay account. Link an Individual Payoneer account to a personal eBay account, and a Company Payoneer account to a business eBay account.
Payoneer lets you know right away if you're successfully linked and then it takes 2-4 weeks for eBay to approve you to sell. They'll send you an email saying you're all set when you're approved.
