Hi, I totally understand if I don't receive any replies being so close to Christmas. It's my fault for not checking and having so many auctions close last night. Wanted to handle them early and be done with it. Of course I still haven't been able to do anything. Wasted time. When I click on the invoice ebay says it can't be found. All day with everyone. Merry Christmas. Thanks

Sounds like you are the seller, you had auctions closing. If so, there is no need for a seller to send an invoice to a buyer. The system auto sends an invoice to every buyer. Sending a second invoice can sometimes irritate a buyer and make them feel pressured. Allow the system to work as it should and you'll be fine. Best of luck to you....

Your question is not clear, at least to me. Why do you need to click on the invoice?

eBay automatically sends an invoice so sellers don't need to do so.

Or are you asking something else?

Hi, I print the invoice to send to the bidder with the item. Also sometimes I don't know why my shipping isn't included with the auction. Most time it is but when it isn't I have to send an invoice. I also leave feedback by clicking on the listing. When I do that. It just started today. It says the item number can't be found. Thanks so much. This has ruined my whole day.

Thanks so very much for your help. Merry Christmas. I don’t know why but a of my auctions don’t include the type of shipping and cost. Most do. The occasional ones that don’t I have to send one. I also print the invoice to send with the item. But even more of a problem was I clicked on the item to leave feedback. It says item number not found. When I tried the more options link to do it I received the same message. This has never happened before. I’m 69 and try to keep things simple by doing everything at once. Really appreciate your help. I don’t expect a response today. My daughter’s family has Covid so I’m keeping myself busy today. All the best wishes for a healthy and happy New Year

Merry Christmas to you and yours. Just wanted to clarify for you although I can see you are an experienced seller; I took the time to look at every one of your current listings and each one has $2.00 standard shipping posted. Even your closed auctions show the same shipping amount on every sale. So, you are incorrect when you believe that some of your listings do not include shipping. I see that you combine shipping, so perhaps that is what you are actually referring to. I know that others have been having a lot of trouble with combining items lately.

Frankly I would be surprised if eBay even allowed a listing that is not designated as local pickup without any shipping amount entered. Unless it is free shipping, but that would be in the listing also....

Sorry -- still have no idea what you are asking. There's no reason or need to print the invoice to send to the buyer. If he wants a copy, he can print it himself.

If you are charging for shipping, that should be on the invoice. We are not allowed to send a separate additional invoice since it should all have been on the original one.
