In the past week, I've had five buyers tell me they could not get an invoice after putting things in their cart so they could request a combined shipping invoice. Has anyone else had this problem and whose end is messing up? Buyer / Seller / Facilitator ?

I had same problem with someone using a Cell Phone. They said there is no option to request total. I only received notification for a Auction they won but nothing for the items in their cart.
I just relisted the Auction and the two other items they wanted together for them and then canceled the Auction they won.

This has been a problem on the mobile app for a LONG time.
If you don't have IPR on your listings. Just tell you buyer to purchase whatever they want from you, then send you an email when they are done and you will invoice them with the combine shipping savings at that time. That is what I do with my buyers and it works out well.
You can do this with auctions too. Just tell them to bid on what they want. When they have won what it is they are going to win you can then invoice them with a combined shipping discount for them to pay from that invoice.
