Last summer (June 2022) I set my debit card as a way to get instant payouts for a fee just in case it ever happened that I needed my money faster than I had my payout schedule set to. The debit card is the card that belongs to the bank account where I normally receive payouts. For some reason eBay has not been able to get my account set up to use the feature. I have talked to them over and over-literally about 8 times over the past almost year now. I have even sent the html code of the page where the screen pops up when you click withdraw where the option to get an instant payout was grayed out and the only option was to send to my bank. I have been told it was my address. I have submitted bank statement after bank statement and begged to speak to someone higher up than the normal reps but every time I call I am assured that it has been escalated and no worries it will be working correctly soon. I do have a different pop up now. Now it says to check my email for steps to verify my card, this after I deleted the card once again and then added it back to generate the email asking for a bank statement. Now I have no idea what the excuse will be this time. Has anyone else had any issues like this?
