I've been trying to switch my account into a business account for the past week
After filling out all information I get to the part where it makes me log in to my online banking all goes well and it shows that it's logged in when I go to hit "continue" It gives this error message "something isn't right. please double-check the info on this page."
Talked to 4 different customer service agents and they couldn't come to a conclusion.
Any ideas? Thanks

Are you trying to link a business checking account or a personal checking account?
