Immediate Payment not showing?

The immediate payment option is not showing anywhere in my listings, whether I'm trying a buy it now or auction. When I try to submit an auction, it tells me I can't because I need to uncheck immediate payment, but it is no where to be found, even in my buy it now listings. Anyone else having this issue?

Do you use Business Policies?  In the pricing section of your listing, is there a dropdown menu to choose a "Payment Policy"?  If so, you'd edit that policy to add or remove immediate payment, or if you want it enabled on Buy It Now listings but not on Auction listings, you'd want to create payment policies for each.
