You need to change your way of making payments. I order something, it went to my preferred payment, and other times it gives me an option. This time it never gave me the option on which card. You have no way other than by canceling the order through the vendor. Amazon gives the option through your account to change payment method. after you place your order, In case you make a mistake. ( Nice ) Not if it's ebay or Pay Pay It needs some improvement.

Ebay isn't here - you're on a community discussion forum made up of buyers and sellers.

Each individual seller has the option to select their payment criteria. If at some point you made an offer, you were asked to provide a payment method should the offer be accepted. If a seller has their setting on 'immediate payment' in a future transaction, whatever method is on file would be billed as soon as you committed to buy. It's far from perfect, and has had it's share of complaints.
