I was charged 2 times for the same item, How can I request a refund?

I was charged 2 times for the same item, however in the description on my credit card there are 2 different order numbers.
Contact the seller and he only has one order for my order.
How can I request a refund of the second payment? please help me.

Call your credit card company.  The number is on the back of your card.

If the seller says he has only one item and he got paid for 2, he needs to cancel the 2nd item so u can get an eBay refund

It's not clear if the OP means two charges posted or two eBay item numbers.  The seller says they only have one order.  Like most posts, it's hard to know from the limited info given.  Could be two swipes and only one charge?  Unless the OP already received the card billing for two.
