You are a new seller selling 2 things in the past 90 days that are higher dollar amount (over $100) not to mention you are in Israel so eBay will hold your $ for 30+ days. Reasons of 'your bank account is down' is not something that will change their system.

Are the items you are selling coming from Israel or somewhere else?  Reason I'm asking is there a lot of the same items that you are selling and they are priced much lower than what you are asking. They are also coming from China.  Are you drop shipping?  As a new seller drop shipping is a very risky business platform.  You might want to lower your prices and remember that the world economy is struggling right now, so most people are only purchasing essentials.
