Im so sorry for your troubles. Do you sell with another id? I dont see any listings or recent sales with this one. You can use the Contact Us link at the bottom of  every page.

@mbennett4,

I'm very sorry you have to go through this.

As far as I can see, all of your recent listings have already been ended. I see a fixed-price listing for a head demagnetizer that was ended June 12 "because of an error". That one may have been relisted with a modified title as an auction, because I see an auction for the same item, and another auction for a pair of HD chaps, that both ended June 19. None of these appear to have been relisted, or have any sales.

eBay normally deducts fees from the payments when items are sold, or bills for fees immediately if you don't have enough pending funds, so the chances are that you don't have any outstanding fees. You can check that in your seller account.

If your account has a balance-due of less than a dollar, there's a possibility that eBay would not have charged you for it, but just waited until you had sold another item. If there's a balance due, then you can make a one-time payment to clear your responsibility. Here's how:

One-time payment

If your funds go into negative or you owe eBay money, you’ll be given the option to make a one-time payment, using a credit or debit card. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Payments - opens in new window or tab in My eBay or Seller Hub.
  2. Select One-time payment to make a payment.

Everything on eBay is set up to be handled online. There's not really any need to speak with a person on the phone, and it's usually better to just go through the online process.
