I still haven't received my payouts!

Do you have this experience?

I've sold 2 things on ebay and the buyers have paid for them. Then Ebay emailed me they would send me the payouts to my bank account directly. But I haven't received it till now. Ebay said I should update my bank account information. But it doesn't work even I tried many times. I tried to call Ebay customer service, it told me the customer service phone number won't work any more!? What is going on for Ebay? Can anybody please help me to resolve the problem? How ridiculous is it! Can I trust Ebay any more?!

I just had the same thing , got a callback from customer service by signing up for it on their help page . I got called back last night with in half an hour . He walked me through the whole bank signing process and we got to the place l always got stuck , “can’t verify “ . He said security glitch won’t let it go through. He couldn’t fix it , has to be done by their security teem , and he will have them call me , but will be in about 2 weeks , they are backed way up because so many are having this same issue .

Currently having the same problem I am afraid to send out my next item to a buyer cause I am afraid I am just getting scammed at this point I have done the same exact stuff and still have this problem if anyone knows how we can resolve this dispute than very much appreciated but as of now I am out hundred and some dollars...
