I shipped item using own USPS label, now payout on Hold...

I wasn't aware that Ebay provided shipping label. As soon as I saw there was a Payment I shipped the package ASAP. Now Payout seems to be in permanent HOLD. Buyer has confirmed that package arrived over 2 weeks ago.

Anyone have direct contact number for EBAY ??

You're a new seller, your payments can be held for up to 30 days.

eBay supplies shipping labels as an "option"...no requirement......

As long as you uploaded the tracking number to the order listing, you will "eventually" receive your funds.

Regardless of the shipping label purchase (ebay, shipstation, pirateship, etc...), all that matters is that the tracking shows delivered.

BUT, since you are a new seller, you are probably going to get the 30-day hold on your funds.
