I made a purchase and O received a text from my bank it go deducted but not showing anywhere and I didnt receive an email.

They told me to check with ebay since the purchase was done and the amount was taken 😔

Did you contact the seller? If they're not replying, you should do this... Reach out on social media via FB:

These are US based customer service reps who do work for ebay. Let them know your issue and they're usually good about getting back to you within a good time frame. Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful.

Does the transaction appear in your Purchase History?

If you made the purchase on Friday, wait until the last estimated delivery date and see if the item arrives.

Check your email account -- make sure it is the same email account linked to your eBay account -- and see if you have any emails from eBay in your spam folder.

Look on your MY EBAY under PURCHASES. If it's not there, did you make the purchase with another ID or did you sign in as a guest? Are you sure that you bought the item on Ebay?

Did anyone in your family make the purchase without your knowledge? Ask . YOU are responsible if a spouse or child bought something on ebay without your knowledge.
