I'm stuck , I can't updates or list new item because this error I attached in the photo show Although  My Payoneer account is verified and ready to use by eBay and they message me that my account verified and ready . also eBay message me that my account start manage payment successfully but I don't know why this error show.
I'm stuck please need help

I'd suggest you need to contact ebay customer service to help with your issue.

Definitely a payoneer issue linking to eBay - you must be on the site you REGISTERED on to succesfully complete managed payments.

Make sure you click on the USA link in the message as this is where you registered.
