The buyer received the item a while ago and i've submitted the required documents twice now to verify. This is now just blatant theft by eBay. I never agreed to be a 15-30 day net on a pay out.
I won't be listing or buying anymore items on eBay for the time being. I hope they put my $210 to good use since I didn't need it apparently

Can you give better details? You do not appear to be a new seller, so it can't be the usual new seller hold.
What "required documents"? Surely you did not ship before you were paid?

1. eBay needs to comply with a NEW LAW for 2022 that requires they collect taxpayer information. eBay needs to verify your identity and taxpayer information. This will be true for all similar online "Marketplace Facilitators" you choose to sell your items.
2. eBay has rules for new sellers and sellers that haven't sold for a while where funds may be held. eBay also has other rules for reviews, refunds and other cases where they will hold funds.
3. I have many constructive complaints about how eBay could be improved. Overall, eBay is still a great place to sell. Sellers can quit because of points 1 and 2 or comply with eBays rules. Unless you are experiencing issues with points 1 and 2, eBay payments are within a few days and are not 15-30 net pay out.

It looks like you had a sale on 5/31. Did ebay restrict your account asking for receipts for your items? If you could come back and give a bit more info, lots of good people here to assist.

Why did you make your feedback private? What are you hiding? You're right about not selling because if your feedback is private you won't be able to sell.
We can't see your feedback so we don't know if your account was dormant for the last 6 months which would trigger a new seller hold. My guess is that's why the payment is held. If you're in managed payments the payout should be deposited in your checking account after eBay releases the payment. What documents do they want?

In some time, them payments will make it to some unclaimed department in your state.

Actually, you did agree when you signed up for managed payments.
11. Holds and Restricted Funds
To protect eBay from risk of liability for your actions as a seller, eBay Payments Entities may restrict access to your funds as described in the Payments Terms of Use

I hid my feedback in the last 12 hours because people can be weird.
I've verified my email address
I've inputted my social security number
I've verified my phone number
My current credit card is current with the same billing address
I have a bank account on file that i've used since this new payment process started and have used with zero issues up till now.
I've now uploaded my driver's license photo front and back, and yes it is current with the same address I have on file with eBay and every single time it kicks it back in an email saying I need to upload again. It's being uploaded in a JPEG format and the pictures are as clear as day. As of now i'm up to four times uploading this.
I'm over it, i'm done, eBay can suspend my account. I'll be filing a complaint with the FTC and the California State Attorney General's Office. I don't believe that eBay is acting in good faith at this point. I feel like i've been robbed.
