So - after being unable to edit my existing debit card.

I tried to add a new one - and, of course it wont verify.

Is there something wrong this morning?

Im dead in the water here.

Is the new debit card attached to the checking account that you use for your managed payments account?

Is the checking account with a real bank, not an online payment app?

There may be limits to the number of times you can attempt to add a new card, so if you have had several failures in a row, you may have hit the maximum number of tries for the day with that card number.

If possible, try using a different card.

Try a different browser or the eBay app to rule out a browser issue. Double check the card number and expiration date, and be sure you are using the correct date format and security code.

If you are trying to check out or pay for postage, add your card to your PayPal account and then try choosing PayPal as your payment method.

So, my debit card(I belong to 2 banks) is hooked up to my bank. It's basically a checking account but the bank doesn't give out free checks anymore these days. So what you need to do is go into the your bank and ask the "routing number" the debit card is hooked up to.

Of course, its different if its a debit card where one has to add money to it and its not with your banking institution.
