The information on your Ebay account has to match the information in your Payoneer account.
Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

The best thing to do is open your own Payoneer account. If you are trying register to be a seller, her account will not match your Ebay account, therefore you will not be able to sell. All Info on your Ebay account must be exactly the same on your Payoneer account.

After you link Payoneer It takes eBay 2-4 weeks to complete the verification. If eBay approves you to sell they'll send you an email saying you're all set.
Then if you're approved you'll need to attach a bank debit or credit card to your eBay account for seller fees because not all your fees are taken from your buyer's payment.

TIP: You don't need an eBay business account to sell on eBay. You can sell from a personal account, however the type of Payoneer account you make matters. eBay business account needs to link to a Payoneer Company account and a personal account to a Payoneer Individual account.
Payoneer lets you know right away if you're successfully linked but you still must wait for the email from eBay that follows in several weeks.
