I see that you are registered in Sri Lanka.

Your payments will be deposited by Managed Payments into your Payoneer account. You will need to follow Payoneer's process to deposit the funds into your bank.

I am in the USA, and eBay doesn't use Payoneer here, so I can't help you with the details.
