How to view Messages from EBay over 2 years back?

Was wondering how to view Messages From EBay over 2 years back? Appreciate any feedback.

Messages are automatically deleted after a time period, so unless you saved them or archived them yourself you may not be able to retrieve them.

It may be possible to get some message text content by requesting a report of your eBay communications data by date range here:

Reports take a week to generate, and the resulting link must be used within another week before it expires.

Apparently I use that link before as it shows I had requested a report twice.  I don't know where or how I got to the page before.  I will save the link.  The report from 2021 is still available for download so I tried it and it still downloaded.  I only requested sales data so that is all my report has.  I just requested a full report from 2020 to current to see what is produced.

Messages associated with my ebay account also come to my email account.

I can go back years to see those messages. Just looked at one from 2019.

I look a my report from 2020.  It is a complete report. 

It has messages from the Inbox and shows completely what the User wrote in the Message Content.   The messages from eBay do not show too much in the Message Content.  

I did not see that the Out Box messages are available.
