How to resolveYour PayPal account must be in good standing in order to link it to your eBay account.

I followed your instructions on going to the "Resolution Center" in Paypal but I don't have any issues listed there.  Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get my Paypal account in "good standing?"  It's strange because I'm able to pay for basic monthly subscriptions using my Paypal and assumed it was in good standing.

PayPal needs something from you -- it may be due to a problem with past transactions, a negative balance, or something as simple as needing to check a box on a form that says you agree to updated terms.
