How to remove automatic cancellation for non-payment

Although my settings have ebay canceling unpaid items after 4 full days have passed, I have a buyer who requested a bit of extra time. 

I'm okay with that but I can't figure out how to remove the automatic cancellation on just that one item.

Go to your preferences for items awaiting payment page.
