If you’re experiencing issues with paying for purchases it’s because Sri Lankan banks are restricting/blocking them. You need to call your bank to lift the restriction/block.

@mtgraves7984's message 2 is fine for the US but PayPal only goes one way in SL. Your government doesn't allow bank accounts (debit card payments) to be attached to PayPal. They allow credit cards to be attached. Do you have a credit card? 

Most Sri Lankans' questions about paying is always about debit cards so it's not good to  assume you have a credit card to pay on PayPal is why I asked.

If you do choose to pay using PayPal to check out it is no more easier than paying with a debit or credit card than through eBay. PayPal gives you 180 days of protection instead of 30, so it's good in that respect. The con is buyers have to pay return shipping on PayPal.
