How to issue partial refund after update

I would like to offer my buyer a partial refund for an item. Unfortunately now that I've updated to using eBay itself to manage payments instead of paypal, I literally cannot find where to offer refunds at all.

The official eBay help page links me to a page that doesn't exist. When I google this issue, I keep getting instructions for how to do it over paypal. It seems like a major design flaw for a website like this to not have an easily accessible feature for sellers to offer returns.

How can I issue a partial refund now that we no longer use paypal if the buyer has not opened a formal case yet?

How to issue partial refund after update

Go to the transaction (Orders tab, Seller Hub) and select the drop-down menu (blue arrow) to the left.

Select 'Send Refund'... a new window will open requesting the amount and making sure you confirm it.

Easy-peasy!
