How to issue a refund

I need to issue a refund to a customer. Where do I begin? Does eBay transfer funds from the bank account that they send payments to? Where do I go to start the refund process?

You do many things using the blue drop-down menu to the left of the order, including 'Send refund' and 'Cancel order'. Make sure you use the correct one... it's hard to tell what you're doing with so little information.

If you refund... eBay will hold any Processing funds (or pay it from those) or will charge it to the bank account (or CC) you have on file for eBay Payments... should you have no funds Processing.
