How to find reason for funds on hold?

Trying to find out why funds are on hold for item delivered 8 days ago. 
have not received email indicating any problem. Account is in good standing.

If you haven't sold anything in 30+ days funds will be on hold for 30 days. Need to be selling items everyday so this doesn't happen again. 

And selling mostly high end items can also get you in trouble.

• New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers typically experience holds for up to 14 days, although sometimes it may be longer

Sale at the near $1000 level with the shipping, and tax may trigger that hold.

One sale in July. One sale in August. One sale in September. Likely eBay considers you "an infrequent seller".
