I would like to ask for help.

Unfortunately, I have a business account, but I am an individual.

I will not receive the amount of a previous sale, because I cannot present a business letter, only individual documentation.

I previously sold a product to a German buyer, but I didn't receive the money, even to this day, because eBay says I have a business account, while I am a private individual.

I do not want to lose the 330 positive feedback either.

My account has been limited.

If I send any private documents, I will not receive my money.

I never want to sell on ebay again after so many problems.

I will only remain a buyer in Hungary. The old ebay was much better.

Is your eBay account a personal or a business account?

The type of checking account you link to eBay has to match.

You can sell on either a personal or a business account, it doesn't matter. What matters is you must link a personal checking account to a personal eBay account, and you link a business checking account to a business eBay account.
