How to create a payoneer account correctly

I am a new member of eBay. I learned that you should have a verified cash account before selling here. Can someone know how to create an account?

Edit to add: I see Payoneer in your title, but in the US we use Managed Payments... no Payoneer required.

Why do you think you need to create a Payoneer account?

You are registered in the US.  Are you physically located here or in another country?

If you're physically located in the US you need to link a checking account for payouts.

If you're not you need to register in the country you're in.

Payoneer is not needed for buyers because it is not an accepted payment method for purchases.

Payoneer is needed if you are located outside the US, Australia, UK or the European Economic Area (except Iceland)

Why do you think you need a Payoneer account? Were you told you had to link a Payoneer account by someone?
