How to add proof of delivery to get payment on hold

I did not ship my item to the buyer.  I live close to the buyer and I dropped the item off.  They confirmed they received the order and also gave me good feedback.  How do I mark the order as "delivered"?  There does not seem to be a way to do this.  Since I dropped it off, I do not have a tracking #.

If the listing did NOT show 'local pickup' and you did NOT mark it as 'shipped'; then I beleive you are out of luck. There is no way to go back and mark something 'delivered' if you did not originally have it as a 'local pickup'. 

You may be able to go back in and show it as 'shipped' and obviously without a tracking number.

When items are listed with local pickp, there is a system that the buyer has to complete.

You can mark it shipped, but not delivered.

You'll just have to wait until the hold is removed.
