How to add bank account to start selling

I can add a credit card to make payments but nothing allows me to add a bank account so that i can start selling.

You have to wait until Ebay notifies you that they want the information.  Probably the quickest way is to set up a listing.  

Below are some of the reasons why some have problems when registering for MP.

Make sure your birth date is correct when you register for an eBay account.

Your registration address on eBay cannot be a P.O. box, it needs to be a physical address and the same physical address needs to be on your Bank Account too.

Your registered name on eBay must perfectly match your bank account information. This includes your middle name or initial (if present on your bank account).

Verify your bank routing number and CHECKING account number before entering it. Review it carefully on the screen before submitting it. If you need to correct your routing number or your bank account number, clear the field first, then re-enter the numbers, don't just write over numbers.

Verify that your SSN, EIN or TIN is correct.
