How to add a bank account?

I want to start selling, but I don't know how to add a bank account to my ebay account. I am only offered a credit/debit card.

You are showing Add Payment Method  for buying.

For selling you need to attach a method for payouts.

To update your bank account for payouts:

Select Add and follow the steps to add your new payout method.

When I use Seller Hub -> Payments I only see this page

When I use My eBay -> Account -> Payments

I can only add a credit/debit card (see the picture I sent at the beginning).

So how do I get to the right menu?

You need to register as a seller, and then (or in the process) you will be able to add your checking account details to receive payouts.

Registering as a seller | eBay

You may need to start creating a listing in order to start the registration process.

Thanks for the help, I didn't think that the item must be created first.
Now it's OK, I have a bank account assigned.
