That would depend on what category it is listed in and what percentage you are using to promote it. Not all categories have the same fee % taken out on the total payment received. You should be able to estimate the fees using a rough estimate on what the sales tax might be. 

You have no sales in the past 90 days so will be subject to payment hold of up to 30 day, could be more depending on what you are selling.
