Update: I used the chat feature, and requested a callback. An actual human called back and I was able to resolve my issue (user error). Thank you for all the feedback!! 🙂 One thing I can say for eBay, is that the community of sellers is strong and supportive. 🙂

Someone here might be able to help you.
Just a few thoughts. New sellers who haven't sold anything in a month(30 days) are considered a new seller and their funds will be on hold for 30+ days....no matter what you sold in months previously.
You might need the "routing number" from your bank to get paid....If you listed a debit card...the debit card will still have a routing number...ask your bank. Just thoughts what might be happening.

There is no phone number for eBay Customer Service. You can reach eBay C/S beginning with a message through the eBay facebook page.
