How do i issue a partial refund as me and the buyer have both agreed?

How do I issue a partial refund to a buyer tah has agreed?

Go to your All Orders Screen.  Locate the proper sale.  On the left you will find a drop down menu that has refund as one of the options.  From there, just follow the the screen prompts.  Do it slowly if this is not a screen you have used before.  Don't assume stuff.  Take your time so you only issue a partial refund and not a full refund.
