I want to know how come every time I apply for it somebody else's address comes up and I can't get rid of the address soon as I put my social security number in and my phone number my name somebody else's address pops up in my email pops up and I can't get rid of the address

It’s weird when I click on that it goes directly to my eBay account. It doesn’t go to any kind of application whatsoever. I have tried that so many times and then when I go down to the Help contact, it gets me nowhere! I’ve even tried to log out that didn’t help

It worked the date of this post, nearly a year ago.

Maybe they no longer offer one.

I searched for a new link. It's takes me to the same link I posted last year. I just clicked on it and it works fine for me. I also clicked on the link from ckimodog and it works fine.
