How do I stop automatic payment when I win listing?

I want a chance to tell seller something before payment or adjust shipping cost for multiple items.  I didn’t authorize this and I cannot find any way to change this on eBay site.  And it’s impossible to contact a real person in customer service on this.

The "pre-authorization" is dictated by the Seller (optional)

There is nothing much you can do on your end except change the method of payment.

(and you did authorize it when it was presented to you)

You can ask the seller to remove the option, but that is not always successful
