Cancelling a mailing label

I cancelled a label for a USPS flat rate envelope that I purchased thru eBay after I already printed it. I did not use the label.  I realized that I could ship the items to the buyer cheaper by using USPS ground so I purchased and printed a new label. Does anyone know how I can check the refund status of my cancelled label? I have the tracking number and date. I realize it may take some time but it’s been close to two months now and I was just wondering if I’m supposed to check thru eBay or USPS. I didn’t see any refund in the bank account that I have connected to eBay.

You would have received a refund on your cancelled label in about 2-3 weeks there is no notification when you get it, the refund goes into your eBay account if that's how you paid for the label or PayPal. You can look for the cancellation in "shipping labels" under the orders tab in your Seller Hub. It will either say Cancelled or Cancellation Rejected.
