How do I re-add PayPal as a payment choice once I removed it in the past

I do not see PayPal as an option when I look to re-add it.  Does anyone know how I can re-add PayPal as a Payment option going forward?

Payment option for buying? You would need to add that when you make a purchase at check out. 
If you’re wanting PayPal to receive seller payouts that is no longer an option.

PayPal is an option for buyers when making a purchase.

eBay sellers do not choose payment forms that they will accept. eBay controls that.

sellers are no longer paid via PayPal

with the advent of Managed Payments sellers are paid by "payout" to a provided checking account.

there is also an option for fast payments to a registered debit card

If you deleted your payment method like this: 

Just go back @tbommarito to "Payments" on the left in "Account Settings" to add it back.
