How do I fix this?

They don't even have a board that I can put this on.  Sorry.  What happened is confusing so bear with me.  When I wanted to get on my summery all of a sudden I was asked to give an address, and phone number and what name I wanted to go by etc.  I gave all except I just poked the name they asked me to.... and all of sudden my original page is gone and it's like I have an all new page ... and even the email I was sent with a code so I could make a new password was to my gmail account instead of my aol account originally used.  When I started to talk to an ebay agent they hung up on me.  I don't know how to fix this.  I went to my original account. I even tried to put it back to my aol email and it refused.  Like I said it's like it's a new account and I want my old account with all my saved items and feedback etc.  Is this possible and if yes, then how is this done?
