On another thread someone told me to scroll to the bottom where I print the label and it will give me the option to pay from pending funds or other sources.
I am told at this spot it will take money from my Paypal Account to pay for the label (which I don't want now that I'm on MP).
I tried cancelling my link with eBay shipping from my Paypal account, but eBay still wants to bill paypal for my label and are not giving me any other choices.
I went into payments and selected my visa card for selling costs (if there are no pending funds) and it still tells me my labels are being funded from Paypal?
How do I fix this? I tried the online help with is totally useless in almost everything I search for, except the link to the BBL when I need to add someone.

Problem solved - Tyler at eBay said it's because my pending funds are in Canadian dollars.

From the print shipping label page, scroll down to the very bottom, on the left hand side there should be a small green checkmark. That's where it lets you decide between the funds for your label coming from paypal or managed payments. Mine looks like this....

If you are using bulk labels and are on Managed Payments, then I believe the advice you stated that you already received is correct. After you put in the information on the bulk label screen and hit Review, then scroll to the bottom. On the bottom left you will be given two choices: pay with PayPal or pay with Pending Funds. Choose pending funds if that is what you want. It will stay that way unless you change it. Perhaps you were looking before going to the Review screen. Not sure.

I'm not doing bulk labels. I'm printing them one at a time so I can do my customs paperwork to send my packages to the US to be shipped with USPS.
When I select one of the packages and "print a label", I go to the bottom of that screen and it just says that I'm going to pay for it with Paypal.

I see this:
I need to change it to Managed Payments. I was only signed up yesterday, so it's been on Paypal for an eternity while I sold things.
I disconnected my Paypal relationship with eBay shipping, but I don't want to try and print a label in the event it actually prints one since I can't ship until Monday.

Nope, I got this:
Do you think because my pending payouts are in Canadian funds that eBay is too confused? Would that mean I should continue to fund my Paypal account?

If you just signed up for MP only yesterday I would give it a little longer to show the option to take from pending funds. You may not have enough pending funds for that to even apply yet. Of course that would depend on your selling volume, so it was just a thought. I only use bulk labels to purchase postage, so there is going to be a difference in how the screens look too. If you continue to experience the problem after 48 hours or so, contact eBay for sure. Use the EBay for Business Facebook page and send a message that way. Someone will get back to you.

How long after payment did you wait to print the shipping label?
If the funds were released and set to hit your bank, they may not be pending anymore.

They just became available today, so it's showing as X dollars available with the next pay out on June 29. There was no payout today because the funds were not available earlier today.
Anyway it seems like it's a setting and it will go to your back up funding if there are no pending funds. I think I'm going to go with the fact that it's because my account payouts are in Canadian dollars and the USPS labels are in US funds. I could have kept everything in US funds but it would have caused me problems with my bank.
The solution might be to re-establish my Paypal link with eBay Shipping and load funds in my Paypal account to be used for shipping. Alternatively I can print shipping labels with Chit Chats Express or Stamps.com.
If they were able to just bill my Visa card for every single label that would work too. I need to know how much it is in CAD now anyways because my bookkeeping is going to match eBay's record keeping. Previously everything was in USD except when I withdrew funds from Paypal or paid the courier handling charges.

I sold four items yesterday and there are pending funds (that are done being processed). I just went and checked again and it's still the same as the screenshots I posted.
I'm going to try asking on the weekly chat when I finish work tomorrow and find out if the currency is the issue. I can likely adjust my Paypal account to default from my Visa card would would give me the CAD conversion I need for my bookkeeping. In any event if this isn't sorted out this week it's not as though I'll be unable to ship my items. I have back up sources to get labels if necessary (Stamps.com and my courier, Chit Chats Express). It's just ebay labels are the most cost effective. CCE will charge counter rates converted into CAD and Stamps.com are a bit more, but not by much.

When I was switched to MP on my second account there was a delay before I saw the shipping payment source choice on the label pages.
Don't remember how long it took.
When I opted my 1st account into MP it was not even an option.

Got me stumped. Maybe like someone else said, give it 24 hours.
When i made the4 switch i still had lots of money in my paypal account i had to "burn". May as well use it to pay for postage for now .... not that you have a choice. 😉

Pardon a dumb question, but are you logged in to ebay.com or ebay.ca? Maybe the Shipping form is different for sellers in Canadia. 😉
