How do I change a old payout Method if I don't have the account information anymore? Plz help.

I'm trying to change my old payout Method Because that account is no longer active. I've put in my new account info but it wants to verify the old account number before it adds my new bank info, which I no longer have. Customer service is no help, I've tried over and over and over. The bank also cannot give me the old account number. I have $62 pending for payouts now. I'd like to get my funds and continue selling. I absolutely love ebay but this is becoming a nightmare. I'm open for all ideas if anyone has any suggestions. 😥

Do you have any old bank statements or cancelled checks.  Can you go personally to the bank with your ID and ask them to print up an old statement that shows the account number?  If you can't do that, have you tried contacting Ebay on Facebook? You would message them privately through Facebook.  

If it was a checking account, do you have the cancelled checks?  Or can you get access to a photocopy of a cancelled check and see the account # on it.  Perhaps you can find this on the bank's online site.
