I bought a baseball bat as a guest and it was supposed to be here Saturday and it still hasn’t arrived in because I checked out as guest instead of under my username I have limited to what I can do (I checked out of the guest cause I couldn’t remember my email and password combo) I have a tracking number but it says it’s in transit and the seller isn’t writing me back anymore he was over $800 someone please help me

@kellyhinton3127811 Today is Monday, as there is no mail delivery on Sunday your item is only one day late. Go and see what the estimated date of arrival actually was. If that date has actually passed simply open an item not received case and follow the prompts. No reason to write the seller, there is nothing they can do as it's in the mail. Follow the procedures on this platform for an INR case and you will either receive your item late or received a full refund. Best of luck to you....

Thank you so much - when I try to open and I did not receive item it cannot locate my order number I received from the eBay confirmation email. Maybe that’s because I checked out as guest?
